yes i have learnt various skills and developed exisitng skills
I have enjoyed the job however the apprentiship programme has been lackluster and below par of what should be expected.
Very poorly, It has not organised things well at all from the very beginning. One example is not having a clear plan with all managers and HR as to when the apprentiship ends and what that means for us. Another is not being introduced to all those in my cohort until 6 months into the job. All planned event have been very below par and very disapointing
I recieve a decent amount of support from my team and that has been very useful but the dedicated apprentiship people in the company have given no support which is dissapointing.
I have received a shockingly low amount of support from the provider, my coach went missing for 3 months in which i ws never contacted about only to find that 3 months later, after chasing numerous times, that my coach had changed due to my old coach falling ill. I should have finished my qualification, however due to the actions of the training provider allowing 1/4 of a year to pass with no i have to rate the support as poor
Th e qualification is a means to an ends i need my CII in order to progress . The training providers qualification feels like a complete waste of time This is holding me back from completeling my CII as the provider makes you have to pass all their qualifications before i can take the last exam
Yes
I would recommend as the culture at RSA is very good everyone is hardworking freindly and i have had a possitive experience being in the office, however, i would advise against the apprentiship program
