Learnt new techniques to help drive the business forward
It’s delivered in a way in which you can fully get involved and learn from your peers. The coaches help you to grow as a person and enhance skills you already possessed. They encourage you at every step to involve yourself fully.
Between the mix of independent learning and the set webinars and skills days, the regular teaching sessions with your learning coach and having an open contact channel it helps to ensure that you can gain support if there are any area you’re a little unsure of
My mentor provides me with a lot of support
My learning coach has been a massive support to me whilst doing my apprenticeship. I had some personal things I was dealing with and he was encouraging and understanding throughout it all.
As a first time general manager I am learning new skills which will help me to grow as a leader and create a more robust plan for my future career development
We hold regular meeting for all sites in the company and having worked for a number of different sites over the last 23 years I use these to network with others
