In my role currently, I create reports by crafting SQL queries to extract and manipulate datasets, then visualise them by using Power BI. These can differ depending on the requirements/needs of our stakeholders.
So far I have picked up requirment gathering skills and visualisation skills to help me in my role. I am in an early stage of my course and will be learning more technical skills in due course.
So far the programme has been very well paced and I feel it has been structured in a way which doesn't overwhelm.
Yes we have a number of regular office events including regular work drinks, competitions, book and also film clubs.

It has a good culture within the company, the staff are listened to and looked after.
