Printing and logging post as well as completing administrative tasks, attending meeting and learning from colleagues and sending and managing emails and email inboxes, also taking phone calls and logging them for tasks if required Award in pension essentials studying
I have learnt how to deal with pensions and quotes and how to make emails and letters and how to post them as well as scan and copy received post and log them electronically and how to manage email inboxes.
I really enjoy it my colleagues are nice the work is interesting and challenging but doable and its a good pay .
The programme is very well organised from my companies side they are very clear and organised however the training provider can be a little unorganised from time to time.
I receive a lot of support and there is plenty people who I can go to for support with my work and studying.
A bit not as much as from my Company they are less communicative
It helps a lot like it gives me a lot more general knowledge for my work activities.
Yes there is many social events like sports tournament Monday football there are events where you can go to have fun and socialise and there are team lunches

I would recommend them because they are supportive and are an enjoyable company to work for and the company is great place to spend your career.
Research the industry that it is in and make sure your serious and sincere when applying because the company can be a great place to work for.
