Managing and reviewing the day to day performance of the operation ensuring we are providing good outcomes to customers
I have learnt interpersonal skills and improved my method of communication with both internal and external customers.
The programme is extremely varied and ties in well with my role, it helps me look at things from a different perspective and gives me a better understanding of how i can influence and impact those around me in both a positive and negative way.
The programme is well organised with time frames set out well in advance of the modules being completed. You always have access to your own coach who is on hand to guide and support and the extensive online material is always available.
My employer ensures that i have the time i need to attend live sessions, review learning material and complete my assignments as and when required. I feel 100% supported.
I always have access to my coach who is on hand to offer guidance e and support however that is rarely used as the volume of learning material available on their hub normally answers any questions i have, its also a place i can communicate with other members of my learning group.
it helps my to better identify communication methods and how i need to adapt these to the relevant environment, it also has me focus on things i do well and areas that i could look to improve.
