As a Learning Designer, I create, design and update courses, both face-to-face and digital
Been learning a lot about adult learning theory
I enjoy it a lot
Content could have been better distributed, as some units are very light whereas others are quite heavy
I receive all the support I need from my employer.

so far, I can say it's given me a good overview of adult learning theory
I'm sure there are, but I couldn't name any as I'm not particularly interested in extra-curricular activities.
Yes
It's a great place to work, with lots of support and opportunities to grow.
Make sure you've reviewed your recent accomplishments and are ready to discuss them during your job interview.
