I enjoy the programme a lot. I enjoy learning new things and taking new things from it and implementing it into my role.
Very well. Have modules to complete monthly and it takes you through it one by one, start to finish and then ends with a summery of what you have learned.
I get a lot of support from my line manager but the company make it difficult to find time in work hours to spend time on apprenticeship work
I have received a lot of support however I do feel that I could have received more and had some more help.
I am very new to this apprenticeship so some things yet I have not been able to take into my role, however I have some things and it does help me with some of my decision making and how to move forward in some situations.
