My role involves managing trades and work completed on construction sites and making sure that it is completed in a safe manner.

I have learned and developed many skills since joining Mace. Whilst I have gained new skills I have also developed and improved some of my existing skills like organisation and planning in advance.

So far, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as an apprentice at Mace.

My programme is very organised and they constantly provide me with different sessions in order to help develop my skills.
