The management and strategic planning for the commercial performance of road operations, retail parts, and other business units.
Yes, I have used some of the models in the course to enhance business performance. Partway through the course, I moved from an operational to a commercial management role. The new theories and models helped me greatly improve commercial performance in my new area.
My course ran through COVID-19, and it was a difficult time. The onsite learning at Cranfield was excellent, and the methods were enjoyable. Remote relearning was the best that was available at the time.
The course itself, in terms of the syllabus, was very good. Sometimes the university (not the professors) appeared a little unorganised in planning times and locations.
My employer was excellent and fully supported throughout the whole program.
University professors and my tutor for the CMI were all excellent.
As mentioned in previous questions, I can detail the monetary value that I contributed to the business due to my studies.
Yes, we regularly play football. We also encourage development, and I am currently mentoring one of my team members through the same course.
