Application support. Day to day support of applications for our clients. Reactive to any issues. Project support application related. Business as usual day to day incoming tickets.
Yes, SQL & Java. Understanding of organisations structure etc.
Yes, at times found it tough but overall enjoyed my experience.
Java has been structured well. The content is hard to learn for me personally but enough support is provided.
Anything I need from my employer they provide me relevant time needed to complete tasks etc
