Supporting customers who contact us with technical issues with their industrial hardware/software. This involves calling customers and answering the phone and emails, researching and testing their issues, advising them how to resolve it.
Much improved my technological literacy
I think it is a very valuable course and I am glad I am doing it
I wouldn't say it's super organised but wouldn't complain either

Currently in 1st year there is not much support outside the classroom, but I know there will be more tailored support in later years
