The day to day running of the hotel to ensure that all is ready for our guests stay. Putting the right team in place at the right time, and ensuring the health and safety of both team and guests at all times. Deputy to the Hotel Manager.
Better organisation skills and better ways to manage my team. There are lots of different techniques and styles and it has been interesting to see which is best for me. English GCSE and Math
I think that the programme is very interesting and you can really learn a lot from the coaches who are full of knowledge to guide you through in every aspect. The time to learn is challenging when working.
Very well organised and the coaches try their best to keep you on track, but our work does seem to get in the way a little.
Very little as our company is a very busy place to work, where spare time is non-existent to all.
Our coach has been amazing. Me and my team have been challenging for her, as all needing to complete maths and English as well as all of the other topics. She has gone above and beyond to help by swapping meetings at short notice and with her encouragement to crack on with it.
It will be a great help as reasonably new to the role, and teaches you good skills to better perform with your team.
There is always an opportunity to get together and do stuff for GOSH, and many people do, but not much time on our hands within the company. Mainly work meetings which can be fun when you all get together.
Yes
It is a great company to work for. There are opportunities for everyone who wants it, with fairness and equality top of the list. We aim to give a great service to our guests and that is why they love our brand. I am proud to work and represent the brand.
No place for slackers, you work hard but the rewards are great. It is a place to grow and watch you and your colleges shine! You are in it together.
