Internal culture is the best I've come across, lots of energy and friendly peers.
Very well. There is an internal VP who manages the program and they're excellent.
Work is autonomous and you are trusted to get stuff done. Support is there when you need it-professionally and personally.

Skills learnt are directly used throughout my roles and has helped me land a full time position.

Culture is 10/10. Benefits speak for themselves, and the energy is one of the best I've experienced. Offices are pretty cool too!
