I am currently working in Employment which involved working with client and fee earners. I open client files, generate invoices, carry out conflict checks and much more.
Yes, I have learnt lots of new skills as well as developed existing skills throughout my time as an apprentice as I was able to move around teams and meet lots of new people, allowing me to gain and develop skills as well as build confidence.
I thoroughly enjoyed my programme including how the apprenticeship worked and the college side of it.
I think the programme is very well structured and organised.
I receive plenty of support from not only my employer, but colleagues' managers etc.
I received plenty of support from my training provider and received extra support whenever I needed it
I believe the knowledge my training provider gave me was necessary to perform better in my role and fully understand it and therefore having this knowledge and qualification helps me to carry out my job to the best of my abilities.
There are plenty of social activities and networking events to get involved in at my work and i try to go to as many as possible, we are definitely encouraged to attend.

It is a fantastic company to work for. The apprenticeship programmes are great and a good way to get in with the company. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful and the job comes with many benefits. Overall it is a great place to work
Be confident and friendly, work hard and always ask for help when needed as nothing is too much to ask.
