My role has been training withLloyds banking group, where i will either be progressing to help on a current project or my own one.
Yes i have developed skills with tableau, power bi and working inside of a team.
I have loved my exsperiance , it has opened my eyes to the posibilitys for my future, and a inclusive and big company
It has been organised well with a good mix of learning and intergration to life inside of a buisness.
I have recived support every step of the way, constant help is always available.
I have been offered all kinds of training rescorces with a constant point of contact to reach out to.
All the work i have done here, and training i have completed is allowing me to feel confident in my skills to perform the best i can.

Work on your personal skills like communication and team work as hard skills such as programming and data visualisation can be learnt along the way.
