Daily Tasks include meeting minutes, attending site visits and various other roles dependent on the RIBA stage commencing.
I have developed my communication skills and networking skills which is fundamental in any job role, working at Mace has also provided a wealth of opportunity which has developed my organisational skills immensely.
I love the programme, the support Mace provide is unlike anyone else i know on degree apprenticeship schemes.
The programme is structured really well, there's also people who have finished the course and people still ongoing who can provide support and help if needed.
I receive alot of support from my employer and line manager, they're always conscious our work life balance is kept and our needs are put first.
We receive alot, there is also many networks and people who can provide support especially with university work. Everyone is more than happy to help.
I feel my qualification helps to provide more depth to what im learning in person and the ability for me to understand my day to day role a little more.
There's so many networks and opportunities at Mace, which line managers are keen for apprentices to be apart of.

Mace is a great company with exciting projects that not alot of people get to experience. My experience so far has been beyond what i imagined and would highly recommend to anyone.
Be yourself, try get as much knowledge you can in construction that you can provide in your interview and show a keen interest in what you're applying for.
