I really enjoy the programme, happy with the tasks i have experienced so far and the interactions I have between mace and client staff. Mace are involved with a wide range of projects and I would prefer if their was an easier route to try and transition and experience different sectors while on the scheme
I believe the structure of the programme is clear and organised so I am aware of what training and modules need to be completed and for when. I think is is not as clearly structured in terms of understanding internal progression within Mace
so far i have received all the support i need from my employer
so far i have received enough support from my training provider to succeed in my training to this point and I am confident in where i can go if i need further support from them
I believe so far it has helped me increase my broader knowledge within the industry and understand the professional environment I am in and so basic technical competencies which can support me however the more technical knowledge needed to perform better within my role have not yet been studied
Yes their are many social activities, charity events, volunteering and networking sessions i can get involved with
Yes
I believe they are an employer who cares about their staffs health and well being while also providing a a structure for career development and progression through the project opportunities and roles they have available. The broad diversity of experience within mace also makes it a great environment to learn and be mentored for the future
be curious and committed to succeed and Mace have the ability to offer great opportunities and experiences not easily accessed in the industry
