Involves sorting out client policies and comparing data from different parties to see if they match. My role also involves work studying in order to gain and maintain important industry knowledge on emerging topics.
I’d say my time management has improved since I’ve joined, which in turn has improved my sense of internal responsibility while at the company. I have also developed my people skills which I didn’t think could improve but I was very shocked on how I communicates while in the workspace.
I’m quite happy with the program it provides challenges which are always satisfying to overcome, and is also balanced with a additional of off the job learning.
My programme is structured very well as there is a roadmap with clear instructions on what I should be doing each month in order to achieve my insurance qualification.
I do receive some support, but I’ve realised that I need more, in order to help me progress with this new industry.
I reiceve a lot of support including monthly reports on progress and regular group calls with other apprentices’s and occasional emails on exam revision material.
Very confident
