  • Emails, Calls, Speaking with stakeholders, developing spreadsheets and trackers. Speaking with sub-contractors etc.

  • I have developed my skills in Microsoft a lot, especially Excel. I have become more confident in speaking to stakeholders/senior management. I have also in the process of learning how to develop contracts/tenders etc.

  • I enjoy my programme. As the time goes on I am given more responsibility, which is good

  • My programme is well structed, I know what I am doing on a day-to-day basis. There is also a clear layout of each year of the programme, so I know what to expect.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a good amount of support from my employer. We are kept up to date with training sessions and apprentice days etc

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • When working towards my qualifications, I am supported well. My training provider ensure they are involved in my university course. They do this by attending calls and meetings with my degree provider.

  • My qualification helps me perform better in my role because my training provider ensure what I am doing at work can correlate to what I am doing at university. By doing this I can get knowledge from both uni and work.

  • There are social activities, which occur whenever possible in your team. This goes the same for apprenticeship activities and professional networking events.
