Emails, Calls, Speaking with stakeholders, developing spreadsheets and trackers. Speaking with sub-contractors etc.
I have developed my skills in Microsoft a lot, especially Excel. I have become more confident in speaking to stakeholders/senior management. I have also in the process of learning how to develop contracts/tenders etc.
I enjoy my programme. As the time goes on I am given more responsibility, which is good
My programme is well structed, I know what I am doing on a day-to-day basis. There is also a clear layout of each year of the programme, so I know what to expect.
I receive a good amount of support from my employer. We are kept up to date with training sessions and apprentice days etc
When working towards my qualifications, I am supported well. My training provider ensure they are involved in my university course. They do this by attending calls and meetings with my degree provider.
My qualification helps me perform better in my role because my training provider ensure what I am doing at work can correlate to what I am doing at university. By doing this I can get knowledge from both uni and work.
There are social activities, which occur whenever possible in your team. This goes the same for apprenticeship activities and professional networking events.
Yes
I would recommend Mace to a friend because of the quality of training they provide.
