My role is to observe the many different processes that steel coils go through in our plant
I’ve developed many skills such as: communication, technical, time keeping, problem solving
I really enjoy my apprenticeship, I look forward to going to work, except weekends
I think my apprenticeship is very well organised in work, the college side of the apprenticeship is a bit less organised
No issues with support whatsoever, there are many different people I feel confident approaching for help/support/advice
I think my qualification has helped me develop my skills to which I can use in work

Fantastic company to work for with great people, the job is very interesting and if you show willing people will be willing to help you and teach you. I also enjoy the shift pattern as it allows me to have an excellent work life balance
Show interest and ask plenty of questions from the start, it goes a long way
