i am currently in full time college for my first year, however i am working during the holidays. i work with other technicians which helps me learn and gain the knowledge i need to complete it on my own.
during my time working, i closely go out with technicians to help and gain knowledge. i have learnt meant things whilst doing this.
i enjoy it very much, the balance of studying and practical work and working at gatwick is great!
very well structured, great balance with working and college, with learning on the job and studying
LOTS! all of the staff and managers are great help, they support you with your college work, with working and any other troubles you may have.
i would say there is less support from the college than there is from the company . however there is still support if needed
Yes
great company to work for, lots of support, the apprenticeship is great, would definitely recommend!
be truthful, be open and conversational, it’s a long process but it isn’t as bad as it seems! it’s very worth it !
