preparing legal documents, research, admin, providing quotes to clients, interviewing clients and witnesses, giving clients legal information, going to court and handling a caseload of clients.

It is organised. It was confusing to start with but now it is much clearer
I am always awarded any support that I need or ask for. I am awarded 1 day a week to do my studying.
I receive as much support as i want and need. I am aware of how to contact my coach if I ever need her and she generally responds quickly
Very well. The studying/knowledge learned is very relevant to my day to day job role.

Because you get a lot of support and the working week is very flexible
Be yourself. Be confident and prepared to shout up if you don't understand something, everyone is very aware that we are still learning and our development is the main priority
