Valuing work completed by subcontractors on site. Also valuing and agreeing change and monitoring Subcontractors progress on site.
I have learnt different processes completed on site during construction projects. I have improved my communication and team working skills which are very important skills. I have also learnt the principles of being a quantity surveyor such as measuring and how to read contracts.
I find my programme very enjoyable. This is because of the exciting projects that i get to work on and the people i get to work with. I also enjoy the training sessions that are run as it provides great learning opportunities and provides a chance to network with other apprentices.
