  • Technology consultant. Assisting in data transformation, CRM development and system design for client corporations

  • Salesforce, Alteryx, PowerBI, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Teamwork, corporate behaviour

  • I think it's fantastic for university students highly recommend

  • Structure is being altered thanks to feedback from previous cohorts. Where it wasn't ideal improvements are underway

  • Employer paid for elearning tools, pluralsight, Udemy, trailhead etc. Huge crop of experts in many different fields also on hand to assist any time with any issue

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Same as above, support outstanding both resourcing and financially.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have in fact become overskilled for the role thanks to the programme. Many of my cohort are able to job hunt and leverage their qualification and skills to move on.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Plenty. Weekly, monthly and annual team days. Get to travel to London from Belfast for some of these or to other UK cities all expensed. Brilliant experience for someone of uni age.

  • Yes

  • My experience has been outstanding


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PwC?
  • Consider the corporate response when applying/interviewing. The stand out candidate for the TDA programme is the one that can see the team dynamic and support their colleagues, not a complete individual or someone self-serving.
