As a team leader I run the shift and staff. I open/close the establishment, deal with any customer complaints, manage the money coming through the business. Cash up at the end of the evening as well as general customer service
Not during my work but I expect to during the apprenticeship
So far I've found this programme very informative and engaging.
It seems well structured but it's still quite early within the programme to be certain.
My employer let's me swap shifts etc to accommodate my learning
My learning advisor gives as much training as possible and explains to a degree that it's completely understood.
Because I'm still new into the apprenticeship I feel I can't answer this question without an assumption.
A few members socialize outside of work but no organised events etc.
No
Although I enjoy my job I feel the company doesn't do enough for the staff. I feel staff are underappricacted from the company, asked to do too much with very little and for very little pay.
There is good points to take advantage of, ie the apprenticeship etc and to make the most of that.
