I am in charge of raising our customers orders working with the sales team ensuring that the orders are delivered to our customers. We deal with any customer queries via a phone call or email.
Yes, I have led customer calls where I am in charge of answering any queries and presenting the information from our outstanding orders report. This can be challenging especially when the customer keeps you on your toes with questions.
I enjoy the work and team environment that Computacenter offers.
There was room for improvement. It was fairly unclear what we needed to do for the end point process and the best ways of approaching this. The system that we used which was called Bud was very easy to use and structured out a timeline and deadlines to submit our task sheets for which was very positive.
The in role management team is fantastic and always wants to drive your development. However, the people in charge of the apprentice programme have very little involvement with you.
My training provider was always available to have additional one to one meetings so that I could do mock presentations for example.
I learnt alot more about other departments as a result of the apprenticeship as it pushes you to go out of your comfort zone and talk to different people.
I take part in a football team which is organised by some of the employees at computacenter. This happens every week and is a good way of building relationships and having fun whilst doing it.
Yes
Computacenter has a lot of very good people who are always there to help you and give up there time.
A work ethic will take you very far.
