I manage stock levels at an account level, we have bi-weekly meetings to go through the status of the stock and to drive down the aged stock in the warehouse.
Managing stock is something I previously have not done, doing this I have developed great communication and time management skills.
I find the provider challenging to deal with so often feel unmotivated however, with a good tutor it can be great.
It is structured well but the organisation often lacks, the schedule often overlaps or changes last minute which makes it extremely hard to plan my work around.
The support from the future talent team has been great, one of the main reasons I have carried on with the programme.
Outside of the lectures, there is not much support. The tutors are available for 121s but I find they give very generic feedback which is not always useful.
I feel this varies module to module, some are much more relevant to my role than others. I do not manage a team and I find some modules can be quite different to my role.
I sometimes attend professional networking events with our vendors. I would like to do this more.
