I help maintain Compuatcenters customers by ensuring customer satisfaction by raising and maintaining customer orders, and helping to source goods from our suppliers
I have improved my communication skills and customer service skills.
Its good i have enjoyed improving my social skills, and have gained good experience in office environments,
Very well, we have a clear heirachy with TLs, associates, specialists and seniors in most roles at Computacenter,
Good amount, we are trusted to do our job but it is clear out TLs are willing to help us at anytime we need it,
A lot, we held frequent reviews and mock exams to help us prepare for the end point assessments. we also had frequent calls as a group.
It ensured we gained a lot of experience before being given a lot of responsibility in role.
They're are a few but not promoted as much as i would like. We get frequently taken out by suppliers for nights out though
