Amazing team and company. Always looking for a future in the company and to push you to your best. Role is hard but becomes rewarding. More practical work would be good however knowledge is required before going through with the practical work the theory side is more important. The role is crucial and feels important and consists of learning everyday and becoming better at things you wouldn't think exist in IT. The company provides great opportunity with firebrand as well with completing your maths and/or English GCSE.
Improved on my PowerPoint and Writing down notes/documents in word. Improved on my Troubleshooting and Identifying issues/parts in a computer in both software and hardware. Firebrand material and help with colleagues give insight/help into knowledge in networking and computers into how they work and help you develop new skills such as IP Networking and applying new skills into day-to-day activities.
The Program is great knowing I have people helping and looking out for me to give me the future I want to aim for including all other apprentices. We are provided with great opportunities to have friends instead of just colleagues and seeing everyone feel appreciated despite the apprenticeship role. It is very enjoyable and helpful for those looking into an apprenticeship in Computacenter.
It is very well organised. Sometimes it feels unorganised however I feel people are trying their best to give us what the best out out of us and to feel happy with the path we are taking.
I receive lots of support. Everyone is supportive and gives me the help I need just by reaching out.
I receive all the support I need by reaching out to my tutor and manager for help. They always out you first and give amazing support for maths and/or English. GCSE
The qualification will help me propel myself into the job role and future I desire in IT.
There are lots of activities such as charity work and reaching out to schools and colleges.
Yes
They give me all the support I need and want and hope I stay with the company after the apprenticeship. My future is in high interest and I am looking for job roles for friends and family to consider.
Be yourself, It's not all about grades it is about who you are and not hiding the real you. I would also advice to reach out and make friends here.
