Managing a team of 24 field based patrols to achieve various performance related KPI'S, also covering absence management and training and coaching and general day to day management of the team. Split over the month into 50% management role and the other half on the road covering breakdowns and suppling excellent levels of service to our members.

Initially really rocky start, poor levels of support from the tutor. This has now hopefully been addressed and should improve moving forward.
