It has been a little confusing at times, namely around the CMI website and some of the content on the learning plan.
In the most the structure is good but often it can be disorganised due to my coach.
My line manager is keen to give me the required exposure so that I am able to meet the KSB.

I have learnt new skills but also identified what I was already doing and the transferable skills from experience over the years. My line manager has noted a change in my management style for the better and that I am more confident in my feedback.
Not that people at my level get invited too. Tends to be non delivery teams or senior management that get to attend these things.
