    • I have learned new skills related to the specific on the job tasks and a few soft skills thanks to Mace internal Emerging Talent Programme

    • The programme is well structured and enjoyable. External training providers never fail to teach the cohort something new.

    • Good coordination between my training provider (university) and internal department to ensure I stay on track to becoming Charted at the end.

    • Decent support with a lot of resources at my disposal.

    • A lot of support from my university. Monthly reviews and performance dashboard proved to be really helpful to see the progression.
