I sit within the hub of the family team. My day to day role involves drafting documents and applications, preparing bundles and questionnaires. I regularly engage in sharepoint and I attend client meeting to write an attendance note.
I am consistently developing my skills as well as picking up new skills a long the way.
I am mostly enjoying the program. Most of the issues have been in regard to the training provider. IM have been extremely accommodating and proactive when I have needed extra support.
The level of organisation from the training provider could be improved. The organisation and structure within the firm is very good.
I receive lots of support from my employer when I ask for it.
There is a vast range of extra-curricular activities to get involved in.
