I am a Team leader, I currently manage Several clients and 13 team members on an insurance team.
Completing this apprenticeship has provided me the drive and autonomy to reach out to other areas and learn new skills of the wider operation in the search of best practices.
The Programme is extremely enjoyable, I would recommend everyone to take up in work learning.
The system DLS use is really interactive, there are clear goals and regular catch ups to help keep you on track.
My employers are supportive, they actively promote in work learning.
My coach is always on hand with tips and tricks, there are workshops and online resources or books to meet whatever needs you may have.
I am a lot more comfortable with my role, I am more comfortable with my sector and the requirements and this supports the running of my team
There are lots of charitable events and social funds, though I chose to abstain from these activities.
