With my current team, I deploy automation products internally.
I am continuing to improve my soft and technical skills. I have developed skills in HTML, CSS, Google Apps Script, Javascript. I am continually upskilling in full stack development through courses paid by the employer as well as through education.
PwC is a great employer and they actually listen to feedback and concerns given by apprentices. I feel I am valued and I do meaningful work so overall I really enjoy the programme.
The onboarding process was smooth. I would say the structure of the programme is good. I don't see any concerns and PwC is always trying to improve.
PwC offers great support for apprentices. I am assigned a buddy and a talent coach for my support network.
The skills on the job are always going to be more transferable, however the digital and technology solutions is more applied to business which is a plus for work-first apprentices.
societies and networking opportunities are vast and available.
