Second year apprentice, increased responsibilities from my first year, speaking to client and other stakeholders, meeting minutes, developing trackers and processes with regular site visits
Reading a programme and understanding how it is structured, developing my level of communication both in person and via online communication (emails, teams and presenting)
I feel there is a good structure to the apprenticeship programme
