Second year apprentice, increased responsibilities from my first year, speaking to client and other stakeholders, meeting minutes, developing trackers and processes with regular site visits

Reading a programme and understanding how it is structured, developing my level of communication both in person and via online communication (emails, teams and presenting)

I feel there is a good structure to the apprenticeship programme

Enough support, should i need further assistance i can reach out to another member of my team who would support

A moderate amount but there is further assistance should i be needed

Helps my understanding to develop, and builds on my abilities and knowledge of the construction industry
