I am a management consultant currently working internally in the commercial team. Day to day I shadow calls, respond to emails, attend training and use this training to carry out job specific tasks.
Yes I have learnt so so much. Some skills I have learnt are below: Stakeholder Management, excel skills, communication skills, people skills, team working, business writing skills, business and environment analysis skills.
I really enjoy the programme. I think I have learnt so much in a short space of time and I wouldn't have made another decision if I could ever go back.
Very well. I have scheduled college days and when I am not studying I am well informed and busy with roles from different teams.
Lots of support. This could be from a buddy, career coach or peers. i also have support from my training provider 24/7.
They are always available to help. This may be in person, via email or via the portal on the traning providers page.
For sure it helps me perform better. The qualification I am studying builds knowledge skills and behaviours in a variety or areas.
Yes any activity you can think of there is available at PwC.
