  • They were supportive and offered a lot of advice and reassurance regarding the programme and making sure the results were as strong as possible.

  • I don't find it to be particularly relevant to my role

  • Occasionally go out with work colleagues. Most common events are the Christmas parties.

  • Sometimes there is a lack of guidance and consistency. Feels like management usually just leaves many members of staff without proper support.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bluebird Care?
  • Be friendly. The team is great, but be prepared for changes and bring a sense of humour and patience.
