Managing financial spreadsheets, and helping customers with queries and other professionals

I enjoy learning new things, so that aspect was always enjoyable.
The structure of my programme was very strong. My tutor was/is excellent

They were supportive and offered a lot of advice and reassurance regarding the programme and making sure the results were as strong as possible.
I don't find it to be particularly relevant to my role
Occasionally go out with work colleagues. Most common events are the Christmas parties.

Sometimes there is a lack of guidance and consistency. Feels like management usually just leaves many members of staff without proper support.
Be friendly. The team is great, but be prepared for changes and bring a sense of humour and patience.
