Supporting the staff team and management to deliver the highest level of support to the vulnerable adults in our care. I mentor and train the senior team to develop their skills and knowledge within their role. I conduct supervisions and deliver feedback in one to ones. I support with inductions and recruitment of new staff. I manage the dispensary and medications.
Lots of new skills gained such as leading a team and delivering feedback. I have learned a lot about working in the mental health sector.
