Manage Subcontractors payment application and assessments. Manage and oversee change, monitor works and progression on site. Forecast and actualise costs in the near future and to the end of job. Consolidate records and reports of actual works completed by others
Quantity Surveying Skills, teamwork and personal responsibility and development. IT Skills, english and maths development. Legal, contractual and construction knowledge
Extremely enjoyable
Very well organised and good communication with the apprenticeship team, work team on site and college/university delivery.
