    • I have developed skills in all areas required for quantity surveying

    • I enjoy the variety of work and the block release programme. The balance between work and studying is very good.

    • The programme is structured well but sometimes it may be better to know exam dates earlier and have the blocks a little more spread out.

    • I recieve a sufficient amount of support from my employer but more regular check ins would be more preferred

    • The support received from my training provider is excellent and they are always there to help.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • The qualifyication helps me perform better in some areas however the degree is construction based whereas my work is civil engineering based

    • There are a few networking events but not many at all.

    • Yes

    • It is a good friendly place to work.

    • Ensure you stand out by having a cv that catches the eye and ensuring you perform well at the assessment centre.
