I work in theatre as a HCA collecting patients and supporting the clinical team
I’ve learnt more in depth about the laws and legislation behind my role however skills not so much
I’ve enjoyed the push of the program to try out new areas in my workplace
It hadn’t yet been finished when I started so it held me back slightly
I received some support and get study days to help which definitely do
My trainer has been incredible but the actually provider has been hit and miss as not being able to progress at a quicker rate like I wanted has stopped me progressing in my career
I feel that I have a great attitude towards work and it’s motivated me more to progress but not effect how I permform in my job role and the subjects aren’t really anything to do with working in theatre
No there’s not
Yes
I love working here the team is so great and it’s such an interesting role I’m in and I’ve loved learning from my colleges while working there
To come with passion for your colleagues and patients and they will progress you
