I am senior charge nurse - manager of interventional radiology unit in St Mary's Hospital. I manage 16 healthcare professionals in a unit that delivers care and procedures to elective, emergency, trauma, vascular, Liver, Cancer procedures.

I havce learn lots of skills on the course so far and it has taught to me to utilise models and reflect on day to day management and clinical skills
