This revolves are the following: recruiting for main office supporting with upkeeping on KPI's Having meetings with managers and directors to plan strategy ahead and implement change managing our ATS posting job vacancies being main point of contact for organising recruitment events (such as job fairs)

I feel like my programme is supporting my new promotion and therefore has been quite useful
It's quite organises. I have found at times there were technical issues, but other than that it's been organised in terms of what tasks are supposed to be completed and when.
My manager is an open communicator and we have weekly meetings to discuss both the positives and things that need to be worked on. I feel like because of this, I receive good support from them.
My training provider ensures I have regular meetings (specially after my workshops in case I have any questions)
I feel like not only will it provide me with a qualification as well as open doors for more opportunities, but it also helps me understand certain scenarios at work and how to tackle them.
For the time being perhaps only social activities such as hanging out with friends at least once a work. As well as networking events.

I feel like this is a good opportunity to make yourself a more well rounded employee and again open doors for more opportunities.
