carrying out maintenance on hv equipment and attending training at national grid training centre eakring
I have learnt many new skills ranging from technical knowledge to on tool experience
very little to none from the training centre they act like they care but when issues are raised little to none is done about it
The actual people delivering the training are very helpful and what to see you succeed
No
The national grid training centre is very poor at planning the scheme there is very little support given to apprentices and they also do not give equal opportunities' to their employees
Be aware that you spend majority of your time away from home at eakring where you may not be given the support and treated in a manor you would expect from a multi billion pound company.
