  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

    • I am responsible for delivering all IM&T clinical systems training and processes across the Royal Berkshire Foundation Trust's sites. This includes providing introductory and refresher training, specialist training programs, and project delivery as needed. I must also work closely and flexibly with the IM&T Lead Trainer and project teams to ensure that appropriate training for new processes or systems is delivered, even when there is uncertainty or changes to timescales.

    • I am learning all the Project Management skills required to apply on the training programme projects.

    • I enjoy the Workshops and all the case studies which help apply the skills I learned in the projects I am leading.

    • It is very well-organised and structured for me to follow and learn

    • I am developing more confidence in applying project management skills to handle any upcoming training projects in our department in the future.

    • I have constant engagement with project managers and sponsors during all the projects I get involved.
