My role is a teaching assistant is to support the teacher and pupils and their day to day needs making sure they are engaged in lessons
I have learnt leadership skills as I have had to take the lead in classes multiple times and I have developed my teamwork skills as there is a lot of teamwork when looking after the pupils
I enjoy the programme as I get to build bonds with the pupils and it is nice to have an interaction with them. Some days I don't enjoy it as much as it can also be quite stressful
