    • How to manage behaviour and I have done a few courses whilst I have been doing my apprenticeship.

    • 100 percent always they if I needed help with anything throughout my apprenticeship

    • 100 was available when I needed to ask any questions

    • I now have my level 3 in teaching Assistant qualification and maths and English qualifications
