I thoroughly enjoy the programmed, it is mentally challenging and i am fulfilling my dreams of training to be an engineer. National Grid also looks after its employees extensively to ensure they have the best experience possibly whilst working away from home.
The program is well structured allowing sufficient time on site to be involved in major maintenances and testing to showcase and develop knowledge that has originally been developed in training courses and computer based assessments.
