My role is a mix of audit visits, compliance enforcement, coaching, and cash & gap improvement, ensuring Mitchells & Butlers businesses operate efficiently while minimizing financial and stock-related losses.
I have improving how I present findings and recommendations, effective time management and developed structured approaches to resolving issues. it has also strengthen my collaboration with GMs, KMs, and Area Managers.
